Mario Bemer is one of the most prestigious Italian artisans worldwide. A history of successful entrepreneurship, started in the 1980s in his father’s small workshop, paved for him the way to success and recognition as far as Japan.
As the heir to the best Florentine tradition, he creates shoes combining high-end craftsmanship and modern style, introducing unique innovative details such as the double-stitching technique or the customisable soles with rubber injections. Seams are strictly Goodyear, the only construction technique allowing the full shoe regeneration any time the client requests it.
The brand caters for a young, exacting clientele by offering entirely bespoke shoes or a choice within the widely customisable ready-to-wear models.

Mario Bemer is a self-effacing man, unlike his late brother Stefano, but he is endowed with the same craftsmanship and with the ability to turn tradition into a contemporary style. Mario's shoes are actual "architectures": never commonplace, always special, and his new workshop in Florence's via Maggio looks like an interior design book.
