Amourrina is an atelier where gold and Murano glass jewellery is made.
The workshop was ideated and established in Venice by Elisa Evangelisti, with the intention of giving new life to the ancient art of Venetian bead-making, recognised as a Unesco Intangible Heritage, through the creation of the ‘Amourrine’, an exclusive collection of colourful and unique glass beads that are both fun and timeless. Inspired by the Venice Lagoon tradition, these jewels enhance an important heritage, with a contemporary twist. Their design is conceived to give full prominence to the original murrine designs: the beads are handmade in Murano, in a family-run workshop, following innovative production processes, while the gold parts are worked in a goldsmith’s workshop in Arezzo.
The parts are finally assembled in the Venetian atelier, where the design of the pieces and the study of colours and shapes also takes place.
Excellence, uniqueness and passion are the values that bind this brand to the Lagoon, and that allow for the creation of true works of art, in which Amourrines are combined with precious metals, and thus enhanced like gems.
