In 1978, Flavio Ongaro started his career in the artisan and haute couture world, and the Jeans Décor project became the best expression of his passion for denim, street style and graphic art.
Under the influence of the Venetian artist Mariano Fortuny, Flavio developed, over some decades, his research on printing and processing techniques along with his understanding of fabrics, which he declined in a wide range of natural and vintage motifs. The uniform texture of jeans becomes a perfect decoration both for clothing and interior design: from cushions to sofas, from curtains to walls.
The Jeans Décor brand issued from an environment rich in artistic experimentation and manual work, where craftsmanship is reinforced by a collaboration with interior designers, architects and retailers worldwide.
