Luciano Lesa started at an early age helping out in a bronze smith’s laboratory; quite by chance he fell in love with this profession and never abandoned it. Today, the Turin-based workshop repairs, restores but also reproduces antique fittings, friezes and decorative elements for period furniture. Luciano’s workshop is a suggestive and even fascinating place where time seems to have stopped: a vast range of furnishing elements can be found or even commissioned while various tools and decorative fittings that can be seen remind the visitor of the style of 18th century Europe. Today Luciano is assisted by his daughter Marina and his son-in-law Giovanni who continue their age-old craft based on experience and great manual skill.
