Moysa is a craft workshop located in Travesio, Pordenone, founded by Michela Mazzero, a mosaicist with a great passion for artistic craftsmanship.
Born in Spilimbergo in the early Seventies, after studying at the prestigious “Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli” (Friuli’s Mosaic School), in Spilimbergo, she worked for over 10 years in several workshops in Friuli and abroad, an experience still serving as a great source of inspiration for her. Her creations are the result of a constant search for new materials to combine, including unconventional ones, and experimentation with new techniques. Michela thus transcended the limitations of tradition, giving life to contemporary pictures, home decors and unique decorative and architectural solutions, as well as artefacts reminiscent of Roman and Byzantine mosaics.
Her unique pieces stand out for their simplicity, natural colours and vibrant textures, and are meant to be experienced both through sight and touch.

Michela's mosaics are distinguished by the importance she gives to the individual tessera. Indeed, in an apparently monochrome mosaic, she is able to make even the smallest detail stand out. Her work is essential and elegant: her tailor-made works are always designed for the environment and the client, without ever renouncing her style.
