Ceramicherebora is a small artistic ceramics workshop.
The atelier is located in Genoa and was founded by Carla Rebora, a ceramist who creates tableware, decorative elements and small sculptures, inspired by the Ligurian territory, its landscapes and treasures.
Production is carried out entirely by hand, according to the typical techniques of traditional ceramics, with extreme attention to aesthetic quality: starting with the preparatory drawing and continuing with the modelling of the clay; the piece is then fired in the ‘biscuit’ technique, decorated by hand and glazed. It is then time for the second firing with a large fire, and finally the eventual third firing for the third-firing decorations.
The attention to detail makes each piece truly unique and special, with the small differences typical of handwork. The workshop’s ceramics are not only made of material and colour, but are the fruit of his personality and passion; as well as, in the case of commissioned pieces, the tastes and desires of the person who wished them. Skillfully combining aesthetics and functionality, these objects are designed to give value and meaning to everyday life.
The workshop has Food Contact Materials (MOCA) certification, meaning that the pieces are safe and suitable for food contact.
Since 2022 it has been part of the Artigiani in Liguria – Classe Superiore circuit, a mark recognised for quality craft enterprises in the Liguria region.
