Coralla Maiuri is an artist and artisan specialized in ceramics.
Since childhood, living in the countryside, she has always tinkered with clay and colours: she soon realized that art was her calling. After dedicating herself to painting for a long time, today in her workshop in Rome she crafts original artistic ceramics, mainly tableware, but also home decors and furnishings.
In her genuinely unique pieces the influence and love for painting and design are clearly visible, as well as her admiration for nature, her source of inspiration for shapes and patterns.
Each object is a small world in itself, in which she portrays the rhythm of life, with its organic shapes, or the mystery of outer space, with signs and decorations recalling constellations and starry skies. Her style, inspired by a primary aesthetic, also incorporates precious elements, thanks to gold touches shimmering on the surface like little gemstones.
