Born in Milan in 1967, the son of the renowned comic designer Antonio Botter, he graduated in scenic design at Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera. For several years, he worked with workshops specialising in theatre, television, advertising and fashion set design. By the end of the 1990’s he met architect Renzo Mongiardino and started a collaboration with his school, later giving up scenic design to start a full-time activity as a decorator, exploring the most varied techniques and materials.
He has also organised several personal exhibitions and entered a number of painting competitions.
