Fratelli Ruffatti is a traditional company of constructors and restorers of pipe organs. The Padova-based workshop was founded in 1940 by the brothers Alessio, Antonio and Giuseppe who first started to make musical instruments in Italy, but thanks to their skill, they soon received various commissions from various parts of the world: from Europe to Asia, Africa and the United States. The company was one of the first to undertake the construction of mechanical organs in the 1960s. Today, under the guidance of Michela, Francesco and Piero, the company now constructs a wide range of components for the organ, all meticulously fabricated to the finest detail: this maximises quality control and the personalisation of each instrument. The company also conducts repairs and restoration of antique organs.
