Dedosjewels is Edoardo Carnevale’s goldsmith workshop, located in Bologna. In his atelier he creates, exclusively by hand, contemporary jewels with the ability to tell stories: in fact, the concept for Dedos comes from Edoardo’s own experiences and adventures around the world, including the people he met during his travels and the conversations they shared. After and during his university years, Edoardo travelled through Europe from Portugal to Holland, where he also lived for some time. In Amsterdam he took an interest in the world of jewellery and metals, learning copper wire-waving techniques and stone setting, and creating his first jewels.
Once back in Italy, he studied goldsmithing at Scuola Orafa Ambrosiana. Eventually, he opened his goldsmith workshop in Bologna, inside a craft co-working in Via degli Albari: here, he works with precious and non-precious metals to give life to original jewels with great stories to tell.
