Glauco Cambi is a master goldsmith. Since 1994 he has been creating jewels in his workshop located in Rome, in the Borgo district. His production stands out for the unconventional use of metals and the expressiveness and plasticity of shapes. His research focuses on the processing of surfaces, oxidation and chromatic contrast among different materials, as well as on the implementation of unconventional stones, thus combining traditional goldsmith techniques and experimentation. In his atelier he also creates sculptures and interior design complements: his jewels, specifically the rings, are characterized by a strong sculptural component. His creative vision is inspired by the relationship between figure and landscape in plastic arts, suggesting a use of jewelry intimately linked to the person who wears it.
