Mogrè is a ceramics workshop in the historical centre of Perugia. Founded and managed by Monica Grelli, an artisan and art therapist, her atelier is both an exhibition space, where she produces and sells her works, but also a meeting place where she delivers workshops in ceramic arts and art therapy. Monica’s production is inspired by the female universe and elements from nature: everyday objects or kitchen items and ornaments portray dreaming and courageous women dressed as pilots or divers. Her ironic yet essential design and the entirely handmade production render her works truly unique. Monica pays particular attention to more disadvantaged subjects and uses her knowhow to encourage greater wellbeing and growth to the territory through working in clay.
