During the aftermath of World War II, Emma Caimi Pellini was designing custom jewellery for French and Italian fashion brands. Following her grandmother’s tradition, Donatella Pellini is now reinterpreting this precious art with a contemporary vision. The workshop’s historical headquarters are in Palazzo Belgiojoso, in Via Morigi. However, it is in the atelier in via Giannone that creations come to life through experimentation and innovative juxtapositions. Some of her favourite metals to use are copper, brass and silver. They are then enhanced by crystal, amethyst, jade and resin, reproducing the colours of coral and hard or precious stones with exquisite chromatic taste.
