Restauro Antico Quagliani is a workshop specializing in wood items and antique furniture restoration and conservation, founded by Simone Quagliani in Serra de’ Conti, a small town near Ancona.
The activity started in 1986 and is today comprised of a shop/showroom with an adjoining carpentry and restoration workshop: here, he carries out conservation interventions on vintage furniture, including single components, period furnishings and antique objects. Simone Quagliani specializes in the recovery and treatment of wood, and offers repairs, polishing and wood-worm treatments with microwave ovens. With great respect for the history of each object, Simone is able to bring the past back to life, recovering its original features and restoring its splendour.
Thanks to his expertise in the restoration field, he is capable of carrying out interventions on furnishings of any era, even on contemporary or modern pieces.
