Valentina is a young Venetian ceramist. In her workshop in Mestre she crafts functional ceramics, mainly tableware and home decors standing out for their essential lines, inspired by the colours and landscapes of the Lagoon and the Venetian territory.
In her creations Valentina conveys the love and respect for her homeland: her brand VS Ceramics features collections named after Venetian dialectal sayings, such as Caìgo, Peoci and Bacàn, in reference to Venice’s traditions or daily life elements.
Her unique pieces are the result of a slow processing, where the artist herself tends to each step of the production, including designing and material sourcing.
In her atelier she also offers experiential workshops and ceramic classes for children, couples and groups.
