Walter Usai is a master ceramicist. Working from Assemini in the province of Cagliari, he still continues the tradition of the family ceramics workshop opened in 1850. By continuing the precious tradition and secrets of his craft, he is also preserving the family legacy which is renewed day after day, also through his collaboration with architects and designers. His vases, amphorae and decorative artefacts all express his love and passion for the art of detail and precision which render his creations unique. In addition to these objects that tell the history of Sardinia, he also produces innovative designs with singular forms and colours, ideal to add personality and flair to any ambience.

The atelier has a century of experience passed down through three generations of craftsmen. In Walter's creations, one distinctively perceives his skill in the production of traditional artefacts, even in their more modern interpretations. His works are the fruit of his love for this ancient craft which requires constant research to meet today’s needs, both from an artistic perspective and for the use of ceramic objects in everyday life.
