Emmefurs is a historic artisanal factory located in Como, founded by Elsa Oldoini in 1948 and nowadays managed by her son, Massimo Gervasini.
The company manufactures leather and fur apparel, often custom-made: collections range from fur, leather or fabric outerwear to fur accessories and interior design complements. Emmefurs also provides restoration services and summer storage, thanks to its climate-controlled vaults, while also specializing in remodelling fur and shearling jackets. In 2004 the company opened a showroom in Milan, where the collections are seasonally showcased, while in 2015 it launched the new “Slow Fur” brand, a line of garments created exclusively sourcing used furs, based on the concepts of up-cycling and circular economy.
