Fosca Boggi is a ceramist from Faenza. She graduated as a Master Craftsman at Ballardini Art School, where she also attended “The Art of Majolica” advanced training course. In 2010 she opened her workshop: here, in downtown Faenza, the artisan creates sculptures and unique pieces inspired by vintage toys and forgotten items from her childhood. Her stylish pop-art artifacts stand out for their vivid colors, realistic look and detailed precision: these ceramics allow us to re-experience the world of play through a child’s eyes, bringing back the fresh, spontaneous and childish freedom to dream.
She received prestigious recognitions, such as the Special Audience Award at the 31st edition of CICA – Concorso Internazionale della Ceramica di L’Alcora (L’Alcora’s International Ceramic Contest), an honorable mention at Angelina Alòs XVI Ceramic Biennale, and the “Targa D’oro Premio Scultura” of the Cairo Editore Art Prize 2014. She was selected as a finalist for the  Luxembourg Art Prize in 2019.
