Giuseppe Mazzotti 1903 is a historical ceramics manufacturer founded by Giuseppe Mazzotti over a century ago. Today the company is managed by Tullio Mazzotti, a fifth-generation member of this family of ceramicists and entrepreneurs that have played an important historical role by working with important artists and designers to create Futurist and avant-garde ceramic works since the 1930s. In addition to the traditional “Albisolese” majolica such as the “Blue and White” or the “Antico Savona” style, they also produce a limited edition of ceramics in Art Deco and Futurist styles, inspired by the works of artists that gravitated around the workshop such as Fillia and Munari. In 2002 a foundation of the same name for the safeguard of Albisolese ceramics was created and which manages the adjacent garden-museum where many works by contemporary artists are exhibited.
