The art of restoration runs deep in the Mastellaro family: starting from the great-grandfather who was a carpenter, and a grandfather who became a restorer and worked inside the Villas of the Veneto region, later the family tradition continued with Michele’s father and uncle, who founded the workshop in Padua, specializing in furniture restoration, lacquering and gilding. Today Michele carries on this family heritage with great pride. In his restoration atelier in Padua, he gives new life to historical and antique pieces, objects which embody the art and history of his region. Adopting the ancient techniques of traditional craftsmanship, he carries out restoration, gilding and lacquering interventions on wooden furnishings for private clients, villas, churches and historical buildings.
