Sussone Guitars is a lutherie workshop in the centre of Genoa.
Paolo Sussone studied at the Civica Scuola di Liuteria in Milan, where he learnt the secrets of woodworking and hand-building guitars under the guidance of master Mario Rubio.
Over the years, he has been able to expand his production by making various instruments, and has specialised in classical and acoustic guitars with steel strings.
In a short time, his workshop has become well-known and highly specialised, satisfying the needs of musicians and authors, and offering an authentically handcrafted product, executed to perfection with the best sound.
He continuously takes refresher courses with the best masters from all over the world, to deepen and perfect his skills.
Throughout his career, he has made custom-made guitars for established musicians, such as Jack Savoretti, Marcus Eaton, Giua, Erica Mou, and many others.
He is also involved in organising music events, such as The Acoustic Guitar Project and the Genoa Songwriters Festival, with the aim of promoting acoustic music and its artists.
