Maria Cristina Sintoni attended “G. Balladrini” Ceramic Art School in Faenza. Being always passionate about heraldry, holy art and Christmas decorations, in 1984 she opened her workshop in the center of the city. Here, she creates unique pieces inspired by her love for tradition and creativity, such as plates, vases and traditional Faentine majolica; but above all heraldic coats of arms and family trees, a field in which she has specialized thanks to her curiosity and love for research and documentation. She deepened this subject studying iconography and iconology at the Italian Institute of Heraldry and Genealogy. Starting from the client’s genealogy and history, she creates ceramic coats of arms for private clients, churches and museums. She founded the “Compagnia Beato Nevolone”, in Faenza.
