Cristina Scarrone offers conservation and restoration services for works and artefacts of various nature and origin in her workshop in Turin, where she also takes care of planning, filing, maintenance, and assistance with the handling and setting up of works.
Specialised in archaeological material, but also experienced in museum and private collections, contemporary art and monuments, Cristina works for private clients, public and religious institutions: a variety of commissions made possible by the versatility of her skills, which range from organic materials such as amber, ivory and bone, to ceramics, glass and metals. His training began with a degree cum laude in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the University of Turin and continued with a rich series of work experiences at archaeological digs, museums and private public institutions in Italy and abroad, including the Colosseum Archaeological Park, the Conservation and Restoration Centre La Venaria Reale, the Royal Palace in Naples, the Estensi Galleries in Modena, the Museum of Cinema and the Museum of Antiquities in Turin, and the Royal Armoury of the Savoy capital.
