Gianpiero Bisaro is a master mosaicist, who graduated from the renowned Friuli Mosaic School in Spilimbergo in 1986. Since then, he has worked for the most important mosaic workshops of the region, and he has contributed to the creation of small and large works that today embellish churches, cathedrals, subways and palaces, in Italy and abroad: from Milan to Jerusalem, from New York to Miami, and even Washington. Over many years of experience, he has been able to perfect his extraordinary talent and skills as a mosaicist.
In 2007 he decided to open his own studio in San Giorgio della Richinvelda, near Pordenone. Today, he continues to carry on the tradition of artistic mosaic, which he interprets and combine in the variants of classical, Byzantine, modern and contemporary style, thus giving life to floor and furniture coverings, sacred and secular works of art, portraits and original compositions.
Each piece is created from premium materials such as Venetian enamel, gold and marble, and it is handmade by using the techniques of craftsmanship.

Gianpietro is a humble and patient person, two qualities that enhance his work. His studio is a workshop-school for many young people who work alongside him and help him with the most important orders, learning this ancient and very important art. Ranging from sacred to abstract subjects, from soft to iridescent colours, the result is a vibrant and choral mosaic, intense and rich in detail.
