Simone Mencherini was born in Florence in 1962. He already started working in a small jewellery workshop at an early age: later, in 1987 and driven by his enthusiasm and passion for the trade, he opened his own business. He has great experience and has collaborated with master goldsmiths and jewellery makers, acquiring great expertise which today allows him to create exceptional and unique items of jewellery. Simone Mencherini creates very refined articles in gold and precious stones which — in line with Florentine tradition — are in some way inspired by natural forms. Each piece is unique and with a very sophisticated and unmistakable style.

In his hands, emeralds, diamonds, aquamarines, and sapphires are transformed into voluptuous serpents, sea urchins, multicoloured flowers and mythological forms. Precious gold weaves between the stones like a common thread uniting Renaissance splendour and the art of contemporary Italian goldsmithing.
