Attilio Balduzzi is a master wood carver and cabinetmaker based in Podenzano, near Piacenza.
His passion began at a very young age, observing the work of a local wood carver. Over time, his interest for wood and its craft processing became his profession. After attending Meda’s wood carving school, in 1990 he opened his workshop: it was the beginning of a 30-year career which brought him to become one of the last wood carvers in his region. In his atelier he crafts, also upon commission, any kind of furniture piece and home décor, skilfully integrating traditional techniques and both classical and innovative styles. His hands and artistic vision make each item unique and distinctive.
